Privacy notice
Short version: we only use what you send us to quote and schedule your painting project.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we store the name you give us, the phone number or email address you want us to use, the neighbourhood or postal code of the project, what needs painting, any details or timing you add, and any photos you choose to attach. We also record when the request came in and which page of this site it came from.
How we use it
We use these details to contact you about your project, prepare a quote, and schedule the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request.
Photos you attach are stored privately. They are not published anywhere on this site and are not visible to other visitors.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics to count page views and to see which pages lead to quote requests and phone calls. Your name, contact details, project description and photos are never sent to analytics.
Removing your information
Email info@coatly.ca or call (403) 919-3224 and we will delete your request and any photos attached to it.
